How we hold
your data.
The short version: we hold almost none of it.
This page tells you exactly what we keep, where, and why.
We do not watch you.
No analytics. No tracking pixels. No advertising.
No cookies beyond the one or two strictly required to make a page work.
We load no fonts, scripts, or media from anyone else's servers.
Everything is served from ours, so no third party learns that you were here.
We do not know your name, and we do not want to, until you choose to tell us.
Exactly two.
The Founding Fifty reservation (£249) and the Sounding (£750).
Both use Stripe, a payment processor, and Stripe loads on those two pages only — nowhere else on the site.
When you pay, Stripe handles your card details; we never see or store them.
Stripe passes us your name and email so the Chairman can reply to you personally.
That is the whole of what we receive.
One reply. No list.
We send you one personal reply, within five working days.
A real person, not a sequence.
We keep your name, email, and the fact of your payment for as long as it takes to honour your reservation or arrange your Sounding, and for as long as accounting and tax law require us to keep a record of the transaction.
We do not add you to a list. There is no newsletter, no drip, no marketing preferences.
If you hear from us again, it is because you wrote back.
We never sell, rent, or share your details.
There is no one to share them with.
Ask, and we act.
The Founding Fifty reservation is refundable in full, on request, until 30 June 2027 AD. Ask, and we return it.
The Sounding fee is credited in full against a commissioned Genesis.
To be forgotten: ask, and we delete what we hold, keeping only what the law obliges us to retain for the transaction record.
Sovereignty is not a setting.
The instrument keeps your knowledge on your own hardware; this site keeps almost nothing of yours. We hold ourselves to the standard we ask of every Operator: take only what is needed, keep it where it belongs, and be able to say plainly what you did.
Write to chairman@third-ark.com. The Chairman reads it.
